the hotel had an exceptional location close to most restaurants, bars, local attractions, and the bus stop. the room was huge, had a nice view, and came with a jacuzzi and hot tub. 3. the service was excellent and the food was fresh.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff made every attempt to make our stay unforgettable. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable.The location was great, close to the center of Fira but far enough to be quiet. Great view of the caldera as well. This was the best hotel. We stayed in on our honeymoon and would definitely recommend it to friends for any special occasions.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were amazing, location was stunning very close to the bus station. Helpful service, although a few employees were horrible. I loved the room, it was tidy and included with jacuzzi and a nice balcony, for example. The breakfast was particularly nice and had lots of food...

1/ They have nice gentleman who is very indiligent. he does eveything from the minor to major and from the morning till late night. he also helps customer baggage carrying. So any customer doesn't need to worry to make this hotel booking. 2/ Very clean.

The hotel was clean with attentive and very informative staff that cater to your every request. the location was magnificent, close to everything in Fira. It's a short walk to the Museum of Prehistoric Thira. - Additionally, it was just off a volcano, bars, and the Fira bus station.

We enjoyed the location , and the pool great views also .

unfortunatley the air conditioning did not work well at all and the bathrooms were very out of date , the linen was old and needed an update , the breakfast was very very basic

usual complaints: equipment not working, dangerous stuff(stairways, slippery tiles, lack of personal safety equipment i.e. no handrails in showers etc), only fair breakfast service, and why can't they get wate3r soluble toilet paper?

Our superior king room was neat and huge with comfy beds. the location itself was magnificent and perfect, a short walk to Museum of Prehistoric Thira. - This hotel was in a perfect area really close to the real center close to restaurants, volcano and caldera and so many nice restaurants around the area.
